A limited, 15-minute appointment to see if I am the right fit to meet your therapeutic needs. If you feel you can benefit from my approach, we can proceed to book a more in-depth appointment.

Most follow-up appointments take about 30 minutes, but you can book more time if needed. 

In our first full consultation, I will take the time to get a complete overview of your concerns and wellness goals. You will have the opportunity to tell me about your health history, and I will send you an intake form to get more details before we chat.
